Terms and Conditions
Necessary information to reserve our apartment:
- Check in time is 13.00 p.m.
- Check out time is 12.00 p.m.
- If the apartment is vacant you can settle there without paying the
rest (before check in time). If you want to settle in the apartment
before 13.00 p.m. you should inform us and make the payment the day before settlement.
- We do not accept apartments reservations less than for 3 days if you want a specific
apartment. Otherwise we can reserve a similar to selected apartment if a selected one is
not available.
- If you want to stay after 12.00 p.m. you should inform us one day in advance.
- If the apartment you want to reserve is already taken we will offer you a
similar accommodation (maybe in different variants).
- Apartment is considered to be booked after your deposit had been received.
To reserve apartment we require prepayment, which is one day staying in the
apartment (that will be included in the total rent price). If we do not have prepayment
from you then we do not give you warranty about reservation of the apartment you selected.
Otherwise we can propose you another apartment when you arrive.
In case you cancell your reservation, the first payment will not be refunded. We have to
refuse to other clients interested in this apartment. For some apartments rent payment
will not be refunded in case you decide to leave the apartment prior to the date agreed
during booking. Reservation payment can not be refunded in case you didn’t show up.
There are several ways of making payments:
- To pay cash when you arrive.
- Use Visa or MasterCard.
- Via international system of urgent money transfer Western Union.
